Dies ist zum einen der strikten Handhabung für Touristen-Visa zu verdanken und zum anderen der Auflage, dass alle Besucherinnen und Besucher ihre Übernachtungsbuchungen vorweisen müssen unm einreisen zu dürfen. Dies bringt den Nachteil des "blinden" Vorausbuchens mit sich - und in Reisebüros werden "nur" Ressorts und Hotels/Motels angeboten.
